Our "Happy Sips, Happy Life" Return Policy

Hey there, coffee lover! At Belching Barista, we’re all about making sure your coffee experience is as fantastic as a freshly roasted bean on a sunny morning. But, hey, sometimes things don’t brew as planned. Here’s how we handle returns and make sure you keep smiling with every sip:

Got the Goods, but Not Feeling the Love? If your order isn’t hitting the spot or it’s as off as a decaf espresso at midnight, we’ve got you covered. You can return most unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Yeah, you heard right—30 days! Plenty of time to decide if it's love at first sip.

How to Return:

  1. Contact Us: Shoot us an email at orders@belchingbarista.com or give us a ring at (519)443-5000. Let’s chat about what didn’t work out.
  2. Pack it Up: Make sure the item is in its original packaging. No coffee stains, please!
  3. Send it Back: We’ll provide you with a return shipping label. Just slap that on the box and send it back our way.

Exceptions to the Rule:

  • Custom Orders: Like a bespoke suit, custom coffee blends can’t be returned. They’re made just for you!
  • Gift Cards: These are as non-returnable as a bad dad joke at a family dinner.
  • Final Sale Items: Some things are meant to last forever, like your love for coffee (or those beans on final sale).

Refunds: Once we receive your item and check that everything’s as good as new, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method faster than you can say “espresso shot!”
