Welcome to Belching Barista! We’re thrilled to have you in our community of coffee enthusiasts. Before you dive into our selection of ethically-sourced, scrumptiously roasted coffee, there are a few ground rules we need to go through (pun intended!). These terms apply to all your interactions with Belching Barista, so please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, or participating in our promotions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you’re not okay with any part of these terms, you might have to forego your coffee fix from us (and we’d really hate to see you go!).

2. Use of Our Service

Who can use our service:

  • You need to be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to use our site. Sorry, kiddos!
  • Ensure all information you provide is truthful and accurate (just like our coffee descriptions).

Things you shouldn’t do:

  • Don’t use our site or services for anything illegal or transmit any harmful or disruptive codes or viruses (keep things smooth like your espresso).
  • Respecting intellectual property rights is a must – don’t copy or use any of our content without permission.

3. Purchases and Payments

Ordering from us:

  • When you place an order, you agree that all details you provide are accurate and complete.
  • Prices and availability of our products are subject to change (just like coffee harvests!).

Payment:

  • All payments are processed securely. If there’s a problem with payment, we might need to cancel your order until it’s sorted out.

4. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return Policy for details on returns and refunds. We’re as flexible as a yoga instructor when it comes to making things right.

5. User Content

Any content you provide (like reviews or comments) may be used by us for any purpose. But don’t worry, we’ll always respect your privacy.

We may update these terms or our services from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you, but it’s also a good idea to review these terms periodically.

The legal bit:

  • Our services are provided “as is” without any guarantees. Just like how we can’t promise your coffee will be hot after you forget it on the counter for three hours.
  • We’re not responsible for any indirect damages from using our site (like spilling hot coffee on your keyboard).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will need to be handled in the courts of Ontario (hopefully, it never comes to that!).
