This Colombian coffee bean is a full bodied, swiss water processed decaffeinated coffee. It contains all the flavour of our other Single Origin coffees, it is just missing the caffeine. The "Swiss Water Process" of decaffeination is a chemical free process, using only water and temperatures to remove 99.9% of the caffeine in the bean.
